Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: Upon placing your order, please allow up to 3 business days to have your order processed unless the item you have ordered is otherwise designated as 1-3 Day Priority Mail eligible in which case the order will typically be processed and shipped on the same day.

Our fulfillment warehouses pack your goods and ship as soon as possible. Once you order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number for your order shipment. You may also come back to our website at any time and visit our Order Status page to find a real-time update of your shipment. If you did not receive your tracking number or do not find any updates under our Order Status page after 5 business days, please contact us immediately and we will investigate the matter.

Q: How long does shipping takes?

A: For items designated as 1-3 Day Priority Mail eligible, shipping within the US is typically 2 days.  

For items designated as First Class Mail or Parcel Select Mail eligible, shipping within the US is typically 3-7 days.

International shipping for items designated as Priority Mail eligible, First Class Mail eligible or Parcel Select Mail eligible is typically 7-10 days, although unforeseen delays may be encountered due to customs clearance and/or the collection of any tariffs or other payments imposed per your particular country. 

Where expedited shipping is purchased, shipping times are typically 1-2 days within the US.

For items NOT designated as Priority Mail eligible, First Class Mail eligible or Parcel Select Mail eligible, shipping destined for US addresses will normally take 14 to 21 business days, and up to 30 days for International addresses.

Q: Do you ship Internationally?

A: Yes! Most of our products can be shipped worldwide. In some rare cases however, our more expensive electrotherapy products may not be eligible for shipment to certain countries.  We will notify our customers by e-mail before shipping their order if we discover that such restrictions are in place for their particular order. 

Q: Is your website secure with my personal information?

A: Absolutely! We use the highest standard of SSL Security Encryption to ensure that all your personal information is fully protected.  We do not store your credit card information and it will only be used once in completing the purchase of the items in your order.

Q: How do I order on your website?

A: Simply find the product you wish to purchase and click the "Add To Cart" button. Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible!

Q: Does Conductive Therapy Shop provide a quality guarantee for all the products being sold?

A: Absolutely! If you are not satisfied with the item you receive, or if the item has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately. We will typically offer one of the following solutions to ensure your best shopping experience:

  • Replacement upon return of the product to us.
  • Repair service where possible.
  • Full or partial refund of the product according to our policies, which may include the return to us of the product.

Q: Do you offer refunds if I am not satisfied with the product or if I decide I do not wish to keep it?

A: Yes. We offer both full and partial refunds on your purchase if you don't like the product. Simply visit our Refund Policy page for complete details.
